Description
Rendered in vue 10 using xfrog trees which have a big hit on render times , the willow in the fore ground was the real killer .
rendered at superior quality render time 32 hours 27 mins.
A glutton for punishment , just bought a few more xfrog plants and trees so looking to more long render times .
as always thanks for taking a look and comments

nice composition ;)

excellent work, I have used Xfrog trees before in my scene... what format is that willow tree in? OBJ format takes the longest time, 3ds format takes lesser time by half and vob is pretty close to 3ds format.... Not to mention your grasses looks thick in that scene, so that can also take a toll in rendering times, so you have two things there that takes long rendering times... Mind if I ask you how did you do (or what did you get) to the the algae appearing thing along the side of the river, I like to have that. .

Wow! A most impressive nature scene, quite delightful! I love the lighting and shadows and the amazingly realistic water. Really fine artwork!

very pleasing landscape/cabin. it would be nice to live there except for flooding, but since it is 3d no worry

I'm guessing you don't like to use your computer much, maybe even trying to kill it. JOKING! Calculating all the grass, tiny leaves, transparency/reflections, etc. Amazing work.

Nice scene setup! I know what you mean about render times. I use 2 monitors...one for my render and the other for browsing through Renderosity while I wait :-( Your results looks great though!

Amazing. I prefer when you add a some life in your scene. 33 hours... only Vue is capable of this.
