And it is a bit comical! Those low profile tires will blow out or bust the rims if you hit a 2 by 4 on the road, but many seem to like them. Where they really look funny is on a Hummer...it makes it look like a large baby carriage if you just add a push bar at the back.

The R34 Skyline, my favourite of the series, infinitely tweakable, 500bhp with very little modding (and in my favourite colour for any car... well almost, Tahiti blue pearlescent's my favourite, a deep blue that goes a rich turquoise in the sun and at the right angle).
