Lady Erzulie descends the stairs of her massive palace for another official engagement. Ruling an entire planet is hard work, and a girl needs all the advantages she can muster - hence the outfit...

Erzulie's "palace" is actually a building in the old "Garment District" of Kansas City (AKA Kanzazz City... LOL), Missouri. I actually had a chance to do a little photography Saturday, and this is just one of the photos from that outing. I'll post a couple more.
