A very nice expression, but there is something wrong with your backlight I suppose. Unless you create it this way on purpose of course. Look inside her nose for example.

Very nice composition and detail. You might want to angle the earrings straight up and down so they appear to have weight. and I agree with Raages, the ambient lighting needs to be played with. Great portrait otherwise! Ed.
