Hi there! Hope you are well! I am writing regarding your recent upload "Holyday 04". This image has been under review after a complaint. The Terms of Service regarding nudity says: No Genital contact with ANY object, other than sitting or clothing. In your image it definitely appears that the thumb of lower figure is either inserted or touching the vaginal area of the other figure. I have therefore had to remove the image for sexual content. You can find the full TOS here: http://www.renderosity.com/tos.php I also see that the Content Advisory thumbnail you are using has been altered. Please could you just use the standard CA thumbnail in future. :) You can also start replacing the old altered thumbnails with the standard one. J'ai été censuré deux ou trois fois depuis que je suis sur Render... tout le monde connaît le côté coincé côté sexe du site. Laisse tomber et remets-nous des lips et des bodies! Tu n'as pas le choix: trop de membres te réclament!

As for the representation of nudity, one goes here in this forum very quickly on thin ice ... I hope you will not discourage you, because there are many people who really love your pictures and do not want to miss you and your art. I also am one of those. Please stay. Too many good artists turned their backs on us. I think that's very unfortunate ...

You have a conscience, otherwise you wouldn't feel this way.. especially as a result of such an innocent post..and to leave would mean the complainant has won.... which 'stuffs' the enjoyment for the rest of us. Had the same problem with one of my pieces - It got flagged for violence when there was clearly no violent act being depicted. This love-in of a site is getting far too politically correct.

All censorship is sick, depraved and hypocritical :) It alienates humans, to themselves, in my oppinion. I never understood the snobbery and hypocrisy about censorship. We all came naked into this world.. And we will all leave this world naked. So it is the most natural thing in the world. You just need to learn about American censorship the hard way... i went through the exact same problems when i started here in 2007 :) Censorship deleted my mages, daily. Untill i understood the rules :)

Yves, you're a genius! Your drawings are downright brilliant and delicious, and even with this thumbnail-TOS-violation-report you created a synthesis of art, kinda plantage of the collective tale of woe of the most active Renderosity members. This really prompts me to reflect about the nature of us long-time Renderositers (i.e. those who are the fittest to survive in this community). I can see three main attributes: - Subbornness: We hang on despite occasional, stupid humiliations. - Adaptability: We're adjusting our work to Renderosity conditions (and post the real spicy stuff elsewhere) - Addiction: We're too reliant upon the feedback of the other members to leave this community and declare another one our home which has not this extreme narcissic drive. So, whatever you do, you can claim some glorious attributes. But if you're really going to leave you'll miss all these fellow artists and commenters.
