Description
One of the cool things I get to do at T-House is check out camping equipment. Someone had donated two dome tents and so I took them home to see what their condition was like. Since I had the tents up, I decided to check out some of the cooking gear I had purchased and then write my reviews for Amazon.
So, a little backyard camping and early morning coffee I was good to go. I was op-testing my new propane burner and had already cooked a stew on it. Very impressive
While both tents had issues with them, I knew that no one else would purchase them and so I now have two tents that will be very useful.
plus I now know how easy it is to set them up and will be ready when hunting season begins.

As a propane stove is really handy! And the tin can remind me of the good old days when the guys were cooking campfire coffee and bean stew cooked ... A very beautiful photo!

I like this POV and that coffee pot looks like it came right out of our Florida hurricane emergency kit. I think the longest we have been without electricity was 6 days for hurricane Wilma in 2005.

Absolutely nothing like a good hot cup of coffee in the morning – especially when you're out camping in natures realm! I'll hold my Up to the screen...... pour me a cup, will you? LOL A wonderful angle on this shot, Mike!

That reminds me of an old joke. This guy goes to a shrink because the keeps repeating the same thing over and over. "I'm a tee pee, I'm wigwam, I'm a tee pee, I'm a wigwam". Over and over again to distraction. The shrink looks him over up and down and declares, "I have solved your problem! You are too tense!" Well, I thought it was funny. Gues it is all in the pronunciation! LOL Very good outcome for your camping future, Mike! Nice photo too!

It seems the aliens have finally landed. Folks have been seeing saucer shaped UFOs for years. This reminded me of a Gahan Wilson cartoon showing two guys looking up at the sky to see flying cups and saucers and a tea pot. The caption is, "I think they really mean business this time."

I love those speckled enamel coffeepots; been many, many years since I camped, but I remember how calm and clean and quiet everything was early in the morning while the coffee was brewing!

Now this is GREAT!! and I am ready for another coffee break ,got up at 6am washed windows and clean the house real good !! hubby did a pretty good job while I was gone but never like I do it ,I move things to dust lol Love the fact that your all set for camping great buy!!

That's a nice shot Mike and very imaginative. Orson Wells could not have made a better shot. And indeed coffee is the worthy of such a monument at that time of day.

Great POV! The kettle and burner look like a trophy to the joys of camping. Everything taste so good when camping. Even the occasional unwary bug (small bug) is acceptable. Excellent shot!
