...'Ferocious Frankie', well, who doesn't need the occasional 'check up' when they reach 70 ? Yes, I'm back....another fantastic weekend with Rob ( TRULY HUGE THANKS mate!!!) and in the best British tradition, we both moaned all weekend "it's TOO HOT!!"....it was, an absolute 'scorcher'...we both have matching white wristwatches.....useless for telling the time but they look cool LoL!!! There were 'new' Mustangs at play but 'Frankie' was sadly 'laid up'. The 'Horsemen' flew, though this year they traded in their Mustangs for 'proper' planes and flew their aerobatic display in Spitfires. Having warned you last year, you seemed to like the BIG pictures...so you may have noticed the return of the (Z).... I went 'pano' mad :-) Just shy of 800 pictures to sort...so 1 or 2 'goodies' hopefully!

Awesome! Nice to get a peak at what's under the hood (bonnet?). Looks like maybe... a Gannet in the background? Definitely not a Corsair. And possibly a Buccaneer behind that? Really looking forward to the photos from you guys! Legends is definitely on my "bucket list", but for now I'm living vicariously through you guys. Post 'em as big as you can!

Glad you had fun! 800???? Did you actually 'see' any of the planes or just look through the lens of the camera? I can tell from here that it will be weeks before the grin fades from your face. It makes me smile just to hear the joy in your writing.

Awesome in it's zoominess... crystal clear detail, shame it didn't fly... looks very sexy with it's yellow nose...(thumb teaser) and yes, well spotted, looks like a Gannet and a Bucc to keep her company whilst she is a hangar queen...

I LOVE the heat. The heat and planes is a perfect day out for me. Oh and thanks for the wallpaper...;) Regarding BIG photos.......I get just as many complaints when they are too big or too small!

I very much doubt i'll look this good if I reach 70 :) Stunning image mate and good to see that fine engine on display. Some interesting other bits a bobs in the background too. Glad you and Rob had such a good day. Yes it was hot yesterday, i'm not a 'heat' person either lol.
