Description
Mary Shelley created the archetypal other, that shadow self of guilt and conscience, crime and madness after it erupted from her dreaming brow one dark evening. Here, the treatment owes a slight nod to the penny dreadful, as well as to the more subtle, if no less violent works of japanese book plates of the late victorian era, Poser, Daz3D, and Photoshop were employed to make the image.
