Description
4 Of 4-And so for my 4th and last post of the "46" Fords I posted this "46" Ford-Custom Pro Street Coupe. Here you see he painted the grill once again but I guess he didn't want to paint the bumper so he took it off the car for some reason. I do agree with your comments about painting the grills etc. but that's the way it is sometimes on all older rides. A lot might be rusted too bad so they paint them just so they can keep thim on the car, which is probably only one reason among many I'm sure. I sure hope you all liked this little series and it seems you did, so have a great day and I'll be back tomorrow unless my computer blows up, you just never know.

Nice photo of an old classic that wasn't massed produced. A rare shot of that car just to have a picture now.

Thanks for your series of 1946 Fords. What kind of engine is that one?

My first car was a black 1946 Ford Deluxe sedan. Mine had the stock flathead V8. I would love to see other images of 46-48 Fords you might have.

Still a beautiful car, but some chrome would have made it pop! Wonderful photo!
