as a kid I use to find so many fossils but just the ordinary kind of bugs and such. this by far is a huge fossil

This should be reported to your local natural history museum. It is interesting how the mosses have grown into the various structures of the fossil.

You rang? I don't know about it being the remains of a fossil, but it sure looks like the cross section of an airfoil from the wing of an aeroplane. Otherwise, nice capture.
