this is a weed but sure has nice flowers surprised I even got a half way decent capture because of the relentless wind here. been blowing the entire year daily

Gorgeous image, Richard! How very pretty, it's hard to believe this is even called a "weed". I'm quite dumbfounded looking at this, and at a loss to help you come up with the name. Lovely image and clarity!
