He may look mean, but he's supposed to be a good guy. :) In Buddhist myth VAJRAPANI (literally 'diamond in the hand') was a being personifying the energy of the Buddha(s), which cuts through all obstructions to spiritual realization. You can do a search and find many images of him online! Here I've attempted a fresh visual interpretation of him by turning him into a superhero while remaining faithful to the general iconographical features with which he is often traditionally depicted. Hope you'll like him. Who knows, I might do a comic series featuring this hero. ;)
