I did the repaint - although it is not quite as obvious in my final pics due to lighting, but I am much happier with it. I played with fibermesh a lot and finally got eyelashes to work! The trick for me was to use lazy mouse while drawing with the mask pen. Never thought of that before - just tried it and it worked. It is something I will be using a lot now. Also found that laso select and delete hidden worked to clean up all the extra lashes . Didn't take long at all to do them. Post work in PS CC I used another picture I took the other day for the background.
