I started 3d art and animation as an adolescent, wow, I am in college now, a Junior actually, and I am majoring in engineering. I guess each of our paths through life suprise us from time to time. I still on the very rare occasion do play around with my 3d tools, but lately I have been playing around with my camera, a lowly budget price digital point and shoot, attempting to capture the beauty in this world, and maybe a little bit beyond.
I hope you enjoy these pictures, maybe one or two are worth keeping, most of all, thanks for any comments you ever leave, nothing is more encouraging to me than for someone to compliment my images, because there is such talent here.

I had a chair like that when I was little! My only thought would be to do a soft shadow render. The starkness of the shadow/light doesn't reflect it's "friendly" intent.

Nice composition and depth, interesting angle and light. The "floor" has a "carpety" feel but it is wall to wall. The rocker looks to be pine from the grain and its size, and if it is pine, a child's rocker is suggested. The light is definitely outdoorand that further explains the carpet, which may be that new outdoor stuff. Great modeling in Anim8or, and that and the textures carry the image to its sense of warmth....
