Description

Hi. :)))) How are you? I am doing most sweetly tonite. :)))) I want to say that I am so very sorry that I haven't been here as much as I was last year. I hope you will be able to forgive me. :))))) I have been out enjoying Summer. :))) Now July around our house is full of celebrations. :))))) First it was our birthday in which Alecia made us a beautiful cake. :)))) This is the first time in a very, very long time that someone has made us a cake. :)))) Alecia thank you with our whole hearts for making our day so very special. :)))) Alecia, my husband, and I had a piece of cake before we even ate dinner. LOL!!!! Miss Sophie would come over to me for bites of cake. :))) She is so very precious and beautiful. :)))))) Now two kids, three cats, and one grand-daughter later we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. :))))) My husband brought me beautiful red roses. :)))) Well yesterday I got surprised again. :)))) While my husband and son were out yesterday they went shopping. When they returned home they found me playing one of their games. LOL!!! We sat around in the den and talked a while. I then remembered that I needed to put something they had bought in the fridge. So I went into the kitchen and did so. :))) My son was in the kitchen by this time and he looked at me and said dad said you would do that. I looked at him funny and said what. He just looked at me and smiled. Now by this time my husband was in the kitchen laughing along with my son. I just stood looking at them like what in the world is going on. My husband told me to look in the fridge. I opended the door and pulled out the bottom drawer where I had put what they had bought. In the drawer laid a silver box with a bow. My eyes got so big. :)))) We all went to the den so I could open it. :)) My heart was touched so deeply. I instantly handed the rings to my husband so he could place them upon my finger. :)))))) I bought him a ring also. :))))) This was the first ring I had ever bought him. His dad gave him the ring that I placed upon his finger 25 years ago. So yesterday was a very extra special day here. :))))))) Next Monday is extra special also. :)))) That is the day we had Alecia. :)))))) She was so very beautiful and sweet. :)))))) July is full of celebrations. :)))))) I want to say thank you to my husband for loving me all these years. Thank you for the first cat I ever owned and loved with my whole heart. Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for our two beautiful and healthy children. Thank you for asking me to spend the rest of my life with you. :)))) I am looking forward to the next 25 years. :)))))) More love, smiles and laughter to come. :))))) I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to each that looked, commented, and rated my last image. :))))) I should tell about this image before I go to bed. LOL!!! I shot this image two weeks ago as we were going for take out. I truely love the gentle colors. :)))) The blossoms almost look like fireworks. :))))) The tree that celebrates July. :))))) LOL!!! I think that is so sweet. :)))) I better go to bed now. :)))) My two guys are all tucked in, and sleeping. :))) Before I go I want to wish each a most fun loving tomorrow full of sunshine, and cool breezes. :)))))))) Alecia and Miss Sophie mite come over tomorrow. :)))) Nite, Sweet Dreams :)))))))) Carry A Sunshine Smile In Your Heart :)))))

did you know this is actually considered a weed...like so many beautiful flowers/plants...for example buddleia is also considered a weed and I just keep planting them...soon my entire yard will be full of them...this image make me think of my grandma rest her soul, the only grandparent I ever knew. she lived about 1 mile down the dirt road from us and she had 2 of these very large in front of her house. I use to sit on her porch swing and swing and watch the hummingbirds swarm around them...they where huge and we climbed in them as well. thank you for bringing these memories back to me...I can't help but notice how clear the sky is when you took this...stunning.... chills and thrills
