Description

Never before seen photo scanned and emailed to me today. Circa 1984 with me and my kiddos when they were sooooo small.....I am usually such a focus freak but just liked the sweet memories..... The tallish child in the photo is the one who sent it.....She is now in her 30's....

Wonderful, not only a reminder of past times, but encapsulating a very personal and important memory for you. I think the out of focus aspect adds rather than detracts, such times are gone in the blink of an eye, the kids grow up and have kids of their own, we get older and it reminds us about the cycle of life, it's unrelenting and on-going. It can at times be haunting, we think back to that very moment and to those loved one's who were around and sadly no longer with us, even if they were not in the actual photograph. I guess we are all destined to be a sepia photograph that someone picks up out of a shoebox or album.
