Beautiful model, but I know nothing about trains, especially old ones. I just watch them go to the movies or series lol

I plead total ignorance of trains. This is a great render, though.

Another model train I had as a kid I've repaired! Wonderful piece! Thanks for the Memories!

Wonderful engine !

Reminds me a bit of that old blues song, Midnight Freight...except that it's apparently early morning or just before sunset :)
renecyberdoc
the midnight special.

Great image!!!

The loc lookes like an EMD SD45 to me. But why do you post in genre Science fiction? Your model runned in the 1960's.
stnaper
89 foot long 6000 hp engine and they needed at least 2 to pull those coal cars. Just to note salt cars are even heavier than coal. Outstanding render of this train. Stan

Fantastic, outstanding work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raages it is Sci-Fi because it is on Cydonia, they duplicated a lot of earth stuff to play with it back on the home world, trains especially, I guess they are really big kids. stnaper is right on length and horse power its a GP-9RM. I'm working on the box cab to replace the dome roof, I think most RM's had the tops changed but a few kept the dome.
