There is much to love about this shot. Firstly, the web appears to be in focus across its entire span - so very good camera position. The colors are gorgeous and rich, and I love how the critters orange color contrasts with the green background. The focus is crisp and great depth of field for a macro. A masterful bit of nature work, you're shots of spiders really make me consider investing in a macro lens.
