Everything takes the eye into the centre. Super image.

Sometimes it is the structure of the place you are going for. In flatlands that becomes more often the case. Here the sky is the beast and you follow the rule of thirds to give it its due. This shot maybe you could have even reduced the horizon to a narrow strip for the land is providing little more that a bit of green contrast to the dark gray sky. Though on reflection I do see how the yellow foreground grasses play in and there is a sense of perspective from the trees coming in on either side and then they end in a clearing.
