Description

She was barely of age when traders took then sold her to a rich noble lord living on the outskirts of Freeport. He deemed her good at cleaning, chopping wood, doing menial works, and pretty also, even though she had the body of a worker rather than the soft curves of a noble lady. But one day, everything changed. Foreign men came on horseback to deliver a bloody message to the lord. It seemed one of his past enemies had grown bored and coveted his lands. They came, broke in, then started to burn everything. But as the lord was cowering down against the wall, three men with swords slowly inching forward with a devious grin on their lips, she picked up an axe and struck at them, fighting and killing all three. From that day forward, she no longer served as a menial worker, but instead became the lord's house guard. Her skills and bravery became known throughout the lands, and no one else dared attack the lord or his properties, knowing that she was there standing guard.
