A beautiful photo. I can't seem to grow these, I find Rudbeckia easier. These are either Bombus terrestris or B.lucorum (White-tailed Bumble or Buff-tailed bumble. The workers are so similar in both species it's impossible to say for certain. They both nest below ground.
