Like the facial expression and color composition, but something about the pose just seems off. It might be the hands, but I can't exactly put my finger on it. The transition between the figure and the background is a little jarring too. Almost makes the figure look pasted on, layered fashion. Maybe a slight bit of feathering around the edges of the cloth to soften it a little?

I must disagree with your first commenter. I think you did a fine job of compositing, even when it comes to the shadows (not perfect, but damn close). The fact that she's not quite human gives you a lot more latitude, IMHO. It just barely crosses the line from real and surreal.
