Description
The old classic with a twist. I have installed my new computer and am trying to live without my old trusty PhotoshopCS..... :(
I found the old classic shoes on wires on the way back from the auction last night and used free Picasa to edit and then found some cool pretend lightning on another free site....I really don't know how to resize properly on either of those so I hope it doesn't come across the computer airways as crappy.... :)

Not sure if you know but the shoes tied like that thrown over electric or phone lines is a classic way for drug dealers to "advertize" that merchandize is available in this area.
