Description
Someone very special has left us for a better place.
I am having great difficulty writing anything here, because, oh boy, I felt I was a friend to Susan.
My experiences with caring for my first Wife and Mother with Cancer had left me just a little bit able to comfort Susan at times when she felt low and messaged me for reassurance.
Goodness knows, cancer is frightening! Scary!
Susan had to face this terrible disease, daily. I have never known such a fighter either.
Susan's contentment, tending her flowers, the pictures she would take, are all important facets of how to remember Susan.
She gave pleasure with her writings and friendship to so many on here.
It humbles me greatly to have known her and to have had the privilege to be involved in some small way in her life.
So, I suggest that although we all have probably shed more than a tear for Susan, let us be thankful for the fullness of her life with so many around her, thinking, praying, hoping and sharing both good and bad times.
Let us celebrate everyone!
Susan will be wanting us to remember only the good things she shared with us.
Susan is happy now, back with her fella.
My heart goes out to all her family.
Susan will be fondly remembered in this house.

it has taken me some time to write this, I did not know susan as well as some. Though I felt her pain, it never ceased to amaze me that she kept such an upbeat outlook on life. A lady who will be missed more for her inspiring personality than the terrible illness she so bravely fought. RIP Susan

Yes I miss her every once in awhile we'd talk on the phone most times there was pain and I for one and happy to have known her and she does deserve peace and tranquility now in her life with the lord :amen steve this is so beautiful the poses and all surely reminds us of losing someone dear excellent pov:

You did a very nice job on this loving and thoughtful dedi to Susan. You are a very kind person Steve, and have a gift for lifting the spirits of those around you during difficult times. You really seem to have been through a lot with friends and family over the years, and that is why you are able to relate so well. maybe why Susan was loved by the community so much was she had time to interact with other artists. she did not have a mean bone in her body, always very sweet
