Description
"Of course it's for a case, John. The fact that I look fabulous is entirely beside the point."
"And the riding crop?"
"You know the sort of clubs our killer frequents. Besides ..." Swish. Flick.
ZAP!
The hex took out a very ugly lamp on the dresser before blasting another hole in the wall. Right next to the Royal Insignia -- only that had been done with bullets not magic one night when the bored Consulting Mage had gotten the urge to experiment with mortal weaponry and "borrowed" one of John's guns.
"What better way to disguise a wand?"
The long suffering Doctor shook his head. Really, he should have known. He grabbed a broom and started to sweep the mess while his Princess preened in the mirror. He sighed. No hiding the state of the wallpaper this time. Fairy godmother or not, Mrs. Hudson was going to kill them.
*******
Models: V4. Hybrid, modded up the wazoo with stuff from M4. Most of it from CDI's Morphus/Morphia sets.
Clothing: Outfit was kitbashed from BRC's Dark Rose, DMR's Lynette, and lululee's Victorian Femme Faetale (Bodystocking). With enough magnets on it to raise the Titanic, if I ever felt so inclined.
Hair and skin: Mon Chevalier hair by Neftis and HRZ's Christian skin, lightened in Photoshop. Eye makeup by ShanaC (Angels bless her!) and lipstick by Oskarsson.
Pose: Jepe's Turnaround poses for V4/A4 Male.
Props and Other Stuff: Henrika's riding crop, Ness's Victorian Valet, Daz's hatbox, table, and carpet, Ravenhair's M4 Tuxedo glasses and M4 Urban Wear
scarf with texture by Sarsa. Violin, letter, gift box and trinket box all provided by generous freebie contributors at Renderosity & Sharecg.
Background by Pennykay (free Rooms pack) and Stonemason (1-poly prop).
Lights: I have no idea. Sorry. I just grabbed a set and fiddled around until the results did not make my eyes boggle. Yes, I still suck at Poser lighting. Probably always will. On the other hand, I suck even worse at Daz Studio lighting, so there you go.
Rendered in Poser, slightly postworked (color/contrast boost, signature and frame) in Photoshop.
(Dis)claimer: Any resemblance to a Certain Great Fictional Detective and His Companion is purely intentional. This is my own little interpretation of their adventures; yours and anybody else's may vary as much or as little as you like, all praise to ACD and the Public Domain!
