Description

I was testing various figures and concluded that for bending of the major limbs (rather than figure appeal or any other criteria) that G2F looked best. I like the Gia morphs too, so this is maybe 0.5 Gia mixed with some other stuff - I hope you like her. Rendered using my forthcoming Carrara Portrait Studio, hoping that it will get launched this week. Thanks for looking and for all the recent comments. Have a great week! Phil

Amazing work. There is this filter that I have been using in GIMP called Soft Focus. You lay it over the final image at about 5-10% after you run 24 iterations of the filter at 5 and it adds that subtle hint of camera realism. You can then turn the layer to screen and tweak it to taste. It works great after the tip that you cave me. try it out and let me know what you think. Great work as always.

Great render, looks like your Portrait Studio can get very photo realistic results. P.S. thanks for your post "Make Your Most Realistic Renders – Ever!" in the CarraraCafe forum. It is very helpful. I'm still teaking lighting and render settings. I've generally been frustrated with trying to get photo realistic renders with Carrara so I generally just go for "realism", atmoshere and mood in my Carrara renders.
