Description

I have been going through some of my older models of late, and found this which was put together in 2003. As i have now decided to re make all of my Zects for the book im working on, i thought she deserved another render. Modeled by myself in nothing but Bryce 4 . Post: Adobe/Wacom/Universe. I am and always have been a fan of Hajime Sorayama, and that is why believe it or not i got into Bryce in the first place (love the metal), so since then i have tried to make my work look like something he may have made as such I'm quite happy with the way this turned out. I too got into Sorayama in the early 1990s. When I see your work I immediately think of him (that's a compliment). Although I usually do chrome female androids, I love your insects. It seems insects have so much character, angles, body parts, etc. for reflections and shadows that they just make for great heavy metal art i.e. Iron Butterfly (now I'm dating myself.) I give you credit too, for not only making great insects but for placing them within an environment that complements and finishes off the image as a whole. Really nice work.

Wow...great work on this one,the textures are very believable,and the modelling superb as always! Really like the new way you are presenting them with the new background scenes!
