Jamón de Huelva es una Denominación de Origen protegida de conformidad con el Reglamento (CE) n.º 510/2006 del Consejo de la Unión Europea. Es un jamón muy conocido por su textura, aroma y sabor singulares y distinguibles.[cita requerida] Jamón elaborado en la Sierra de Huelva en condiciones microclimáticas únicas procedente de cerdo de raza ibérica criado en libertad dentro de la dehesa y alimentados durante la montanera con bellotas y pastos naturales. Jamón de Huelva is a protected designation of origin in accordance with Regulation (EC) n. º 510/2006 of the Council of the European Union. Ham is a well known for its texture, aroma and flavor unique and distinguishable. [Citation needed] Ham developed in the Sierra de Huelva unique microclimatic conditions from Iberian pig raised in freedom within the pasture and fed during the open range with acorns and natural grasses.
