I picked this photo as symbolic, for while half the world is asleep (Seagulls!) and the other half (Terns!) is living it up here in Down-under, just like these birds at Kirra Beach, Gold Coast 'Oztralia' ...
BTW you are sharing this birthday with Nancy - remember 'npauling' ? she is a lovely Lady and very well, her birthday is almost over, living in New Zealand, while yours is only just starting - LOL ...

Thank you very much for remembering and for the birthday dedication - the big 71 - time to change the 1964 avatar. :o) The turns and the gulls don't mix that well up here. Such a lovely group this is for our friend Dana. The colors are fantastic, and zoom is a must.
