Description
He appeared out of nowhere and said, "Hello. I've been assigned as your 'Alternative Guardian Angel'. The 'regular' Guardian Angels are now allowed to take occasional 'vacation days' due to the stress of their positions. We 'alternates' substitute for them on these occasions. We do request, however, that you try to avoid situations where we might require extreme speed since, as you may have noticed, we have not been granted wings!"
