Description

Have you ever been given a field of flowers before? Didn't get the depth of field I was hoping for. Walked out here in shorts and sandals...big mistake because I had to walk through some weeds that made me itch real bad! Just thinking about it makes me itch again lol! Maybe I'll get another chance before they start to wilt. Have a great day! IF YOU LIKE TO SEE MORE DETAIL PLEASE ZOMM...

Great POV & color - I like the sharpened look here. Know what you mean about the weeds - I went on a hike a couple of days ago in shorts & socks & came back with probably over a hundred little burrs on my socks. Started to pick them off, but ended up just throwing out the socks...

LOL, thought you were gonna say big mistake because you got chewed alive by bugs! I like the great color contrasts between the yellow, the green and the blue grey sky. Personally I think this image is better shot with a bigger aperature because I think it makes the front sunflower really pop out and I like the way it is looking right at the viewer. Great focusing. There is just enough focus that the four front flowers form a distinct group, then the background flowers then the distance - so you got a great layering going on that would be absent if you shot this at f11 or f 16. I like the way you got away with shooting with a bright sun by making use of the cloudy day to soften up the backlight. There is some great shooting going on here but I would not expect anything less from you.

I recently seen two fields planted with sunflowers, but because of very few exits and heavy traffic on 75 North, I was not able to stop very beautiful
