And you tempered it with discipline, focusing on the madwoman's face and hand by surrounding it with dark, brooding shades - a bit like the old Dutch Masters of the 17th Century. Dark shades of similar hue, providing unity. (I'm big into form and structure, whether intended or subconscious.)

I know what you mean..... I think I'm going to put my muse on decaf for a while..... She never sleeps, and she fills my few remaining brain cells with all kinds of bizarre things... But it looks like your muse is quite active as well - and she's leading you down some lovely paths! This is quite stunning, Angel - and I really like the tilted framing - adds that extra bit of uniqueness.
