I had not so much time lately because of some health issues in the family but I was finally able to create something new. This time it is not completely new. It is a remake/3d-interpretation to honor one of the greatest comic book artist of all time: Don Lawrence. "The Trigan Empire" and "Storm" were his masterpieces. I got to know his "Trigan" series in a weekly comic called "Kobra" here in Germany in 1975 and I still have the first 3 years (~150 books) in my collection (yessss!). This comic book covered a lot of stories and divided all of them into 2-3 pagers so you had to by each week a new book to get the story complete. Even so there were a lot of cool action stories included I bought it only for "Trigan". This is one of the roots for my scifi and art addiction His painting style was and is still out of this world and I love to revisit his explorations in other worlds again and again. After "Trigan" came "Storm" which Don Lawrence continued to paint until his death in 2003. This interpretation is based on a "Storm" adventure in the universe of Pandarve.
