Cool image! When I looked at it, I thought 'Vroosh!', but I can't find that as a word other than meaning a search engine. Oh well. (I do like having the internet to check words and make sure they mean what I think they do and haven't been morphed into some unfortunate and embarrassing slang usage.) I like the composition with the billowing flag next to the upsurge of water and the little guy on the left. Great shot on flickr. I like 'Stopcock' too.
