What an amazing shot. I love how you got both the butterfly and leaf in focus and how you set them against a dark background to really make them pop. Can you tell me what lens you used and was it handheld? Did you use a ringflash and/or reflector? Great pick for LWG.

These were my settings. Handheld, no flash. All natural light. Camera: Nikon D300. Lens: Sigma 70-200 F2.8 Shutterspeed: 1/160 Aperture: F/6.3 ISO: 1250 Focal length: 200mm
