Description

Yesterday I failed to mention, how standing here brought one of those moments, where you see something you have read about photography. In this case, it was the side light and shadows/contrast it created in the dunes, giving the subject so much more. I was loving the moment. Also, with "Man and Dunes", I was looking through the view finder composing my shot when this man dared to walk into my frame! Then I saw how he added to my composition and was quick to snap the moment. So thank you strange man :) With today's upload, the seagull flew right by me and I got him in the shot. I would have liked a bit sharper image, but i am still pleased with the outcome. Next time the opportunity presents itself for these wonderful pre-sunset and sunset shots, I am sticking around for the post-sunset shot as well. I wonder what that one would have looked like. :/ Have a lovely day. See ya soon, HUGS, ~Melinda~

Looks like the sand dunes are also flowing like the waves of the sea as well. Superb capture. God bless.

It is the height of creativity when something like a human or bird enters the scene of a landscape picture, further enhancing the image and giving it a sense of activity and scale, Melinda. Like I always say, it's better to be lucky than good. That said, another lovely dune capture.

I really like the softness of this image. There is a sense motion in the dunes and the blur on the wings add to this feeling – Superb capture!

Gorgeous patterns in the sand and a nice catch of the flying gull. You also caught some fantastic lighting out over the water.
