A covered alleyway in Honfleur. The photographer in this shot wasn't in our group, just another tourist taking a photo.
For those of you following this series who might be curious, the sign that I Photoshopped out of yesterday's posting was partially obscuring the cobblestoned street & the two large stone blocks closest to the group of people...

I like this VERY much! Great pov, and I love whatever you did to equalize light and dark. This could so easily have been a bad shot, but you pulled it off beautifully!

The inclusion of the person totally made this shot in terms of structure. You did a great job on a very difficult shot to meter properly. I would like to see just a bit more detail in the upfront shadow which could have been pulled in RAW, but I understand how this version may be considered more dramatic.
