Description


So far this year I have seen several different species of damsels and dragons laying in the pond. These Common Darters, Broad-bodied Chasers, an Emperor, Largre Red Damsels and Azure Damsels have all mated and layed in the pond, proving it was well worth removing the bamboo that overshadowed the water a few years ago.

It is hard work removing Bamboo. We had that where we lived before we moved up here. Man, they had roots to China LOL! Very beautiful shot. :)

If they're floating in the water, then that is one clear pond. But it's also clear that they have no sense of propriety, out in the open like that for everyone to see. Shame on them.
