Description

Cannon Falls River, MN. yesterday morning. Shot this with a tripod 3 different exposures to catch all the detail. Looking back at other photos it might have been sharper at f:8 Thanks for looking have a great day!

You really have got into HDR – outstanding capture! I see some chromatic distortion (red line on the tree). It’s really not noticeable I’m just sensitive to it because it’s really bad on my fisheye. I don’t think it can be avoided - just have to live with it. Really nice refections!

Capturing all the detail in an image with such contrast requires using HDR. Still experimenting with the right settings. I have shots without it, but less complicated scenes. Seems all the detail in the trees might be why.
