Description
First in a series. Set in Divergent Timeline 0x4A339001BFCC219D on an alternate Earth where history has played out just a little different from our own. In the post-war boom of America and the rebuilding of Great Britain new forms of music were becoming popular overnight. Women made the most of their new-found voices and soon dominated the different genres of pop music.
Shown here in a 1974 Madison Square Gardens performance is Geneva Page, lead guitarist for Lead Airship. Her use of a violin bow in their over 20 minutes long performances of "Shaved and Contused" was only one of many innovations she and her bandmates brought to the form called Heavy Blues.

The Marshalls and spotlight scaffolding are free from Richabri as part of the Rockstage freebie, re-textured for Carrara. The Les Paul is a freebie I found years ago, heavily retextured in Carrara. The pose is based on ironman13 items mixed and tweaked for effect. The violin bow is a heavily modified freebie found on the intertubes.
The hair, stage floor, guitar cord and pick are self-made in Carrara.

The stage photographer isn't done yet. Bobbi Plante, Joan Pauline Johns and Jenni "Bonzo" Bonnehm will each get a shot. (Re-texturing a drum kit to accuracy may kill me. All the transparency with caustics may also kill my computer!)

Thanks everyone. This shot was the most fun I've had since starting this hobby and I think finishing the rest of the band will be at least as enjoyable.
