Description

Took a day trip for some relaxed Photography and a picnic with the wife to Fullerton Arboretum yesterday. Came across this lovely mantis hanging out (literally) on a bush. The camera was nearly upside down taking this shot. Amazing it came out so clear and well framed. I love the little bit of blue by it's mouth parts. Was quite a good sized one as well at about 3 inches long. Thanks for looking and any comments.. Bruce

they are such funny creatures I found one the other day I was taking a photo of a flower and saw the praying manthis hanging there upside down watching me . great capture
