Description

Mandelbulb 3D I got a surprisingly great response on this one at DA. Don't know why I got so many hits on it as opposed to others. But I thought I would post it here just to see what kind of response I get. I did a lot of variations of a new combo I put together and I hope to post some more and see whether they get the same reception, but who knows. Thanks for viewing.

I like it. There's a lot of interesting detail in the structure.

Like the way it looks like Chaos is eating away at some of the Cubes. Man, you never know what will strike a chord with others and what won't, I've posted some I thought Man This is Good and it gets a HoHum, some I consider time killers or throw aways and get Kudos, ya just never know. Peace

Thanks Lenord. I've tried to reason it out just out of curiosity. My best guess is that it's what you like personally as an artist and observer and what you know it takes to get to the image you've presented. Others just see the end product and it's all a matter of their preferences at the moment. From what I gather it reminds some people of a video game they're into. But like you said "ya just never know".

Lenord hit the nail on the head. I never thought about it but fractal work can be just as frustrating a objective art. If an artist tries to create for the masses he'll probably fail, but if he stays true to his own inner self, he can be at peace.

Thanks for the comment. I always do my own thing. I was just curious since I had already posted two pieces using the same parameters with little response.
