Description
my son show how he smash garlic. i showed him how a long time ago. i used a flat side of the knife and hit it with my hand then.
So people think the sugar cane field was my son. It is not he live in the middle of the field on a paved road.
in the pot was some chicken type dish with white creamy sauce. That was at noon there was a lot of sauce left but no chicken so i bought shrimp and peeled them and put them in the sauce for the supper.it was better with the shrimp over noodles

He looks enthuthiastic in his preparation of this meal.I also saw someone put the garlic in a metal bowl and then put another one inside it and then smash them on the counter.Whatever works,is good.

Great shot Jock! The only problem with the hammer method that I've found is the garlic can end up flying around the kitchen when you hit it! LOL :)
