I saw quite a few of these on the coast of Cornwall (U.K). Not having much knowledge about types of birds I havent a clue what it is. My wife suggests a young seagull. Have a nice Sunday.

This is so well composed and captured it looks like something you might see in a natural history museum diorama, although the one on the left does look like he is biting the behind of the one on the right.
