I've been at a loss lately when it comes to giving titles to my collection of floral fractals. Lately I am hooked on the Fibonacci Julia formula and the Orbit Traps Gradient (F5) coloring. I've also been referring to my daily flower creation as an obsession. An obsession could be called a mania, right? So I looked up names for manias and found that an obsession with flowers is called florimania (makes sense!). So I was going to call my uploads Florimania I, II, III, etc, and ad nauseum. Then I had the brilliant (if I do say so myself) thought of combining Flori with Fibonacci which seems a little less like I need to be on meds for OCD.

What a stunning piece of fractal embroidery! Love how you named it:-)

It does look a bit like an embroidered background. I used to embroider, and needlepoint, and knit, and crochet... and then I discovered computers. I started using my cross stitch patterns to make silhouettes on my old Atari ST, pixel by pixel. Thanks for your kind words.

Lovely colors, very nicely rendered. Great technical piece, and a beauty.

I wish I could claim some kind of technical expertise, but my technical input is called trial and error. Once I find something that works, I chew on it like a dog with a bone. I'm glad you like it.

beautiful and for me amazing ultrafractal work

Thanks, Bob (I'm guessing it is Bob). I've been trying to get away from doing the same old thing over and over again. It would seem that I now have a new thing to do over and over again.
