I think the frame is somewhat distracting and using fewer colors in the frame might be an improvement.

I love the composition and movement. However, I feel your reds are too strong ... over the top, you might say. The grey tones them down but not enough. Try a different color scheme? And I don't usually comment on frames, but the green inner border is too bright and the wrong value (you might try a more acid or yellower green).
