Description
It took awhile for me to come up with the right logo for Athena's Heroes, the series title accompanying the design for book one, Like Father, Like Son, but both the author and I are tickled with the result.
It's simple, but it embodies the series as whole. Turned out I was overthinking it, lol.

'Like Father, Like Son', the first book in the Athena's Heroes series, tells the tale of a group of adventurers trying to restore the balance of the planet.
It was said, the gods brought people to the planet Aries (named after the god of war) hundreds of years ago from their favorite cities on Old Earth, and placed them in different regions.
Pulled together, the adventurers fight a tyrant who is trying to conquer the planet.

I think the logo explains rather well the theme of Adventures in a ship ; aerial ship here !! And the font explains the "Steampunk" side !! Excellent work !!

Thank you :D I try to make the design part of the art. It's not always easy since art and design are two very separate traditions, and approach visuals in very different ways. My design teachers hated my fine art class influences, and my studio classes hated my design class influences, lol.
