Here sits the Dummy in his ivory throne,
never knowing his thoughts aren't his own.
And here is the Ventriloquist, partially shown.
The power behind the Dummy's dome.
But what of our dummy's benefactor?
Is he too just another pawn?
This powerful, behind the scenes actor.
Is his voice also on loan?
And here's a thought just as obnoxious:
Keep it in mind as you roam.
Perhaps the Ventriloquist is just our subconcious.
We all have lights on, but nobody's home.Â

Nicely done and of course DAZ had an entrant to!

The high contrast is always a problem, very hard to match the rendered model with the photo. But, you did a fantastic job with it. She fits into the image well and looks really natural standing there. Bravo on this my friend.

heck, your doing superbly i think.

I think that the left foot shadow is a little bit too much dark.. Neverthe less it's a good work!

Well done Fitz. Although not completely perfect as you said yourself. Maybe you should loosen up the pose of lindsay somewhat. I miss the joy of the other girls in her. But your photo can be put right into the familiealbum.

Another great "blend". I see what Raages means, A more animated face and pose would help her blend in with the other 2 girls. But as far as blending DAZ with a real photo, it looks really clean. Lighting and shadows match really well. and her overall body style matches really well with the other 2.

Thanks and I agree. I got a bit lazy with that part of the task.

Superb work and nice blending, but for me, the light on the 3d character is not sufficently hard.

Yes, agree, altho it just as easily could be that the shadows on her body are not dark enough. Either way the demarcation line between the shadows and the highlights is too diffused. It needs to be sharper, but I when I tried to make it more distinct it looked very phony. In retrospect, the choice of the original photo was not good - even tho the content was exactly what I wanted - the contrast was just to high for me to work with effectively. Thanks for your input.
