Hi All,
I have dabbled in computer graphics for many years, renewing my interest when I discovered the community on Renderosity, many years ago now. Thanks for all the friends, support, comments and just views! I hope that you like what you see, and don't mind my endless experimenting and daft sense of humour!I have become something of a champion for Carrara and believe it to be one of the most comprehensive and best value 3D packages available. I became known for my extensive use of Carrara's dynamic hair and 2010 has seen the release of a number of commercial Carrara hair products. I have also recorded a whole series of video tutorials for Infinite Skills Inc available over at Daz and also here:http://www.infiniteskills.com/training/learning-carrara-7.htmlOne of my other passions is music and I used to be keyboard player with progressive rock band Manning (2008-2009). I was delighted to make my recording debut on "Number Ten" released early 2009 - I also had a big hand in designing the CD cover and booklet! I am now writing and recording some demos of my own music. Thanks for looking - have a great day! Phil

Hi Phil..yes this looks pretty good..nice match up and the lighting works well. Certainly is better viewed enlarged. Hair looks good, but the armpits are a bit high on this morph. Would have liked to have seen her looking at us too.
PhilW
The armpits is standard V4 - sorry I usually fix that in postwork (unless you have these fancy extra morphs...)

Looking very good indeed.

Great image! The skin and the hair are very realistic! The highlights on the lips and the reflections in the eyes are very dramatic and greatly contribute to the photorealism!

Stunning Render! Love the model and your treatment of this!

Another exquisite portrait. HDRI makes for such a natural look, I haven't figured out a way myself to keep the diffuse light from crushing the bump maps though or I'd use it a lot more. And the V4 armpits! I'd always thought that was the morphs or poses! (One more thing on the to-do-list for tweaking in zBrush...)

excellent image, very realistic..after studying the image the only thing that is not completely realistic is her skin textures...too uniform in color maybe add some splotches or some variation of tones....once you get that then no way I cant tell it is a render, I would say it is a photograph, well done
