Description
Found on the beach ( if you can call it a beach when it's nothing but boulders ) at Hedons Mouth north Devon.

strange looking seaweed, almost looks like a dead octopus. maybe because of the rocks you are mentioning on the beach. great capture.

Some of our beaches are very similar...with lava rocks. Interesting find....for a second, it reminded me of an Octopus... Aloha
